Information
This is a selection of the eight hundred or so photographs of seaweed that I use as reference for my painting. I've captured evening sun and frost on seaweed, reflections and shadows, as well as contrast of form.
Shells, leaves and stones appear in my photographs - sometimes they even make it into my paintings!
Seaweed remains a seemingly endless source of inspiration for me.
